Service Description

in person group sessions held weekly at Broomfield Village Hall, Chelmsford. Suitable for all following your 12 week scan, no experience necessary! These gentle and relaxing sessions are specifically designed to help support your mind, body, and baby. Practicing yoga during pregnancy may help to relieve your tired and achy muscles, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, build strength to support your pregnancy and prepare for birth, promote relaxation and encourage optimal birthing position for baby. Join our community of beautiful, like-minded mums-to-be each week as you prepare to welcome your baby. Please observe social distancing guidelines when onsite. Attendees need to bring their own mat for sessions, you may also want to bring a blanket to keep you warm and cosy during relaxation. Cancellation Policy

If you are no longer able to attend a session please cancel or reschedule so that someone else may take your place. Refunds will be issued if more than 2hours notice is given for a cancellation, alternatively you can reschedule to a session on a different day (you may reschedule a booking only once).
