SUMMER SPECIAL - unique combined sessions for pregnancy and menopause! Attendees need to bring their own mat for sessions, you may also want to bring a blanket to keep you warm and cosy during relaxation. These gentle and relaxing sessions are specifically designed to help support your mind, body, and baby. Practicing yoga during pregnancy may help to relieve your tired and achy muscles, reduce feelings of stress and anxiety, build strength to support your pregnancy and prepare for birth, promote relaxation and encourage optimal birthing position for baby. Join our community of beautiful, like-minded mums-to-be each week as you prepare to welcome your baby. Stages of Menopause: These sessions to anyone wanting to help ease their menopausal transition surrounded by like minded warriors. You can start at any stage of menopause (Pre-, Peri, or Post-), and at any age, no previous yoga experience is needed. These gentle and relaxing sessions are specifically designed to help support your mind and body through this transformation. Practicing yoga during the stages of menopause may help you to reduce feelings of stress, promote relaxation and pleasure, aid with sleep and build comfort, acceptance and joy for your changing body. Join our community of beautiful, like-minded people each week as your transformation unfolds.
If you are no longer able to attend a session please cancel or reschedule so that someone else may take your place. Refunds will be issued if more than 2hours notice is given for a cancellation, alternatively you can reschedule to a session on a different day (you may reschedule a booking only once).
